This policy explains how the Swyra app and this website handle your data. In short: your photos and videos never leave your device.

1. Your photos and videos

Swyra accesses your photos and videos on your device to help you clean your gallery.
Your photos and videos are never uploaded to any server and are not shared with us or third parties.
Swiping, deleting and organizing all happen on your device.
Location filter: if you use the Location feature, approximate coordinates read from your photos (not the photos themselves) are sent to Apple/Google's map service to look up place names. The images never leave your device.

2. Your decisions and settings

Decisions such as which items you keep or delete, your settings and your statistics are stored only on your device.
We do not collect or transmit this content to our own servers.

3. Advertising (free version only)

In the free version, Google AdMob shows rewarded and other (for example full-screen) ads so you can keep using the app.
Ads are requested as non-personalized: AdMob may still use standard data such as an advertising identifier and coarse location to serve and measure ads, but does not use it to track you across apps.
Your photos and videos are never shared with ad systems.
The premium (paid) version shows no ads.

4. Purchases

Monthly / yearly subscriptions and the one-time (lifetime) purchase are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat using an anonymous app user id.
We never see your payment details; these are handled by Apple and Google.

5. Diagnostics (crash reports)

Swyra uses Sentry (sentry.io) to detect and fix errors and crashes. Only diagnostic data (crash reports, device model, OS and app version) is collected. Screenshots and personal identifiers are turned off, this data is not linked to your identity, is never used for advertising or tracking, and your photos and videos are never shared with Sentry.

6. Anonymous usage analytics (app)

To improve the app, we collect anonymous, aggregate statistics about which features are used and how often (processor: Aptabase, servers in the European Union). This is only counts and categories; your photos and videos, file names, identity, email or location are never sent. No persistent user or device identifier is used (only a short-lived, self-resetting session id), you are not tracked across apps, and your advertising identifier is not used for this purpose. Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS).

7. This website (swyra.app)

Analytics: the site uses Umami, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count page views and coarse country. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.
Contact form: if you write to us through the form, your name, email and message are sent via Resend to our inbox so we can reply. We use them only to answer you.

8. Third-party services and international transfer

Because these providers operate globally, some data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye:

Under Türkiye's KVKK (and equivalent laws such as the GDPR) you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request access, correction or erasure, and to object to processing. Because most of your data lives only on your device, deleting the app removes it entirely, and you can clear your decisions and statistics anytime via "Reset review" inside the app. For any request about data handled off your device (diagnostics, anonymous usage analytics, ads, purchases, the website), contact us at hello@swyra.app and we will respond.

10. Children's privacy

Swyra is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

1. Fotoğraf ve videolarınız

Swyra, galerinizi temizlemenize yardım etmek için fotoğraf ve videolarınıza cihaz üzerinde erişir.
Fotoğraf ve videolarınız hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez, bizimle veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Kaydırma, silme ve düzenleme işlemlerinin tümü cihazınızda gerçekleşir.
Konum filtresi: Konum özelliğini kullanırsanız, fotoğraflarınızdan okunan yaklaşık koordinatlar (fotoğrafların kendisi değil) yer adlarını bulmak için Apple/Google harita servisine gönderilir. Görsellerin kendisi cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

2. Kararlarınız ve ayarlarınız

Hangi öğeyi tuttuğunuz/sildiğiniz gibi kararlar, ayarlarınız ve istatistikleriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Bu içeriği kendi sunucularımıza toplamaz veya aktarmayız.

3. Reklamlar (yalnızca ücretsiz sürüm)

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob, uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edebilmeniz için ödüllü ve diğer (örneğin tam ekran) reklamları gösterir.
Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiş istenir: AdMob reklamı sunmak ve ölçmek için reklam tanımlayıcısı ve kaba konum gibi standart verileri kullanabilir, ancak sizi uygulamalar arası takip için kullanmaz.
Fotoğraf ve videolarınız reklam sistemleriyle paylaşılmaz.
Premium (ücretli) sürümde reklam gösterilmez.

4. Satın almalar

Aylık/yıllık abonelikler ve tek seferlik (ömür boyu) satın alma Apple App Store / Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliğiyle RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir.
Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz; bunlar Apple/Google tarafından işlenir.

5. Teşhis (çökme raporları)

Swyra, hataları ve çökmeleri tespit edip gidermek için Sentry (sentry.io) hizmetini kullanır. Yalnızca teşhis verisi (çökme kaydı, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü) toplanır. Ekran görüntüsü ve kişisel tanımlayıcılar kapalıdır, bu veri kimliğinize bağlanmaz, reklam/takip için kullanılmaz ve fotoğraf/videolarınız Sentry ile asla paylaşılmaz.

6. Anonim kullanım analitiği (uygulama)

Uygulamayı geliştirmek için, hangi özelliklerin ne sıklıkla kullanıldığına dair anonim ve toplu istatistikler topluyoruz (hizmet sağlayıcı: Aptabase, sunucular Avrupa Birliği'nde). Bu veri yalnızca sayı ve kategoridir; fotoğraf ve videolarınız, dosya adlarınız, kimliğiniz, e-postanız veya konumunuz asla gönderilmez. Kalıcı bir kullanıcı veya cihaz kimliği kullanılmaz (yalnızca kısa süreli, kendiliğinden sıfırlanan bir oturum kimliği), sizi uygulamalar arası izlemez ve reklam kimliğiniz bu amaçla kullanılmaz. Veriler şifreli (HTTPS) iletilir.

7. Bu web sitesi (swyra.app)

Analitik: Site, sayfa görüntülemelerini ve kaba ülke bilgisini saymak için çerez kullanmayan, gizlilik dostu Umami aracını kullanır. Çerez yok, siteler arası takip yok, kişisel profil yok.
İletişim formu: Form üzerinden bize yazarsanız adınız, e-postanız ve mesajınız yanıt verebilmemiz için Resend aracılığıyla gelen kutumuza iletilir. Bunları yalnızca size cevap vermek için kullanırız.

Türkiye KVKK (ve GDPR gibi eşdeğer yasalar) kapsamında; verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, erişim, düzeltme veya silinmesini isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Verilerinizin çoğu yalnızca cihazınızda bulunduğundan, uygulamayı silmek bunları tamamen kaldırır; kararlarınızı ve istatistiklerinizi uygulama içindeki "İncelemeyi sıfırla" ile dilediğiniz zaman temizleyebilirsiniz. Cihaz dışında işlenen veriler (teşhis, anonim kullanım analitiği, reklam, satın alma, web sitesi) hakkındaki talepleriniz için hello@swyra.app adresinden bize ulaşın, yanıtlayalım.

10. Çocukların gizliliği

Swyra 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Esta política explica cómo la app Swyra y este sitio web tratan tus datos. En resumen: tus fotos y videos nunca salen de tu dispositivo.

1. Tus fotos y videos

Swyra accede a las fotos y videos de tu dispositivo para ayudarte a limpiar tu galería.
Tus fotos y videos nunca se suben a ningún servidor y no se comparten con nosotros ni con terceros.
Deslizar, borrar y organizar ocurre todo en tu dispositivo.
Filtro de ubicación: si usas la función de ubicación, se envían coordenadas aproximadas leídas de tus fotos (no las fotos) al servicio de mapas de Apple/Google para obtener nombres de lugares. Las imágenes nunca salen de tu dispositivo.

2. Tus decisiones y ajustes

Las decisiones sobre qué conservas o borras, tus ajustes y tus estadísticas se guardan solo en tu dispositivo.
No recogemos ni transmitimos este contenido a nuestros propios servidores.

3. Publicidad (solo versión gratuita)

En la versión gratuita, Google AdMob muestra anuncios recompensados y de otro tipo (por ejemplo a pantalla completa) para que puedas seguir usando la app.
Los anuncios se solicitan como no personalizados: AdMob puede seguir usando datos estándar como un identificador de publicidad y una ubicación aproximada para mostrar y medir anuncios, pero no los usa para seguirte entre apps.
Tus fotos y videos nunca se comparten con sistemas de publicidad.
La versión de pago no muestra anuncios.

4. Compras

Las suscripciones mensual y anual y la compra única de por vida se realizan a través de Apple App Store o Google Play y se gestionan mediante RevenueCat con un identificador de usuario anónimo.
Nunca vemos tus datos de pago; los tratan Apple y Google.

5. Diagnóstico (informes de errores)

Swyra usa Sentry (sentry.io) para detectar y corregir errores y fallos. Solo se recogen datos de diagnóstico (informes de fallos, modelo del dispositivo, versión del sistema y de la app). Las capturas de pantalla y los identificadores personales están desactivados, estos datos no se vinculan a tu identidad, nunca se usan para publicidad ni seguimiento, y tus fotos y videos nunca se comparten con Sentry.

6. Estadísticas de uso anónimas (app)

Para mejorar la app recogemos estadísticas anónimas y agregadas sobre qué funciones se usan y con qué frecuencia (encargado del tratamiento: Aptabase, servidores en la Unión Europea). Son solo recuentos y categorías; nunca se envían tus fotos y videos, nombres de archivo, identidad, correo electrónico ni ubicación. No se usa ningún identificador permanente de usuario o dispositivo (solo un identificador de sesión efímero que se reinicia solo), no se te sigue entre apps y tu identificador de publicidad no se usa para esto. Los datos se transmiten cifrados (HTTPS).

7. Este sitio web (swyra.app)

Analítica: el sitio usa Umami, una herramienta de analítica sin cookies y respetuosa con la privacidad, para contar visitas y el país de forma aproximada. Sin cookies, sin seguimiento entre sitios, sin perfiles personales.
Formulario de contacto: si nos escribes por el formulario, tu nombre, correo electrónico y mensaje se envían mediante Resend a nuestro buzón para poder responderte. Los usamos únicamente para contestarte.

8. Servicios de terceros y transferencia internacional

Como estos proveedores operan a escala global, algunos datos pueden tratarse en servidores fuera de Türkiye:

Conforme a la KVKK de Türkiye (y a leyes equivalentes como el RGPD) tienes derecho a saber si se tratan tus datos, a solicitar acceso, rectificación o supresión, y a oponerte al tratamiento. Como la mayor parte de tus datos vive solo en tu dispositivo, desinstalar la app los elimina por completo, y puedes borrar tus decisiones y estadísticas en cualquier momento con «Restablecer revisión» dentro de la app. Para cualquier solicitud sobre datos tratados fuera de tu dispositivo (diagnóstico, estadísticas anónimas, publicidad, compras, sitio web), escríbenos a hello@swyra.app y te responderemos.

10. Privacidad de los menores

Swyra no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recoge datos de ellos de forma consciente.

Diese Erklärung beschreibt, wie die App Swyra und diese Website mit deinen Daten umgehen. Kurz gesagt: deine Fotos und Videos verlassen dein Gerät nie.

1. Deine Fotos und Videos

Swyra greift auf die Fotos und Videos auf deinem Gerät zu, um dir beim Aufräumen deiner Galerie zu helfen.
Deine Fotos und Videos werden auf keinen Server hochgeladen und weder mit uns noch mit Dritten geteilt.
Wischen, Löschen und Sortieren finden vollständig auf deinem Gerät statt.
Ortsfilter: wenn du die Ortsfunktion nutzt, werden ungefähre Koordinaten aus deinen Fotos (nicht die Fotos selbst) an den Kartendienst von Apple/Google gesendet, um Ortsnamen zu ermitteln. Die Bilder verlassen dein Gerät nie.

2. Deine Entscheidungen und Einstellungen

Entscheidungen darüber, was du behältst oder löschst, deine Einstellungen und deine Statistiken werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
Wir erheben diese Inhalte nicht und übertragen sie nicht auf eigene Server.

3. Werbung (nur kostenlose Version)

In der kostenlosen Version zeigt Google AdMob Videoanzeigen mit Belohnung und andere (zum Beispiel bildschirmfüllende) Anzeigen, damit du die App weiter nutzen kannst.
Anzeigen werden als nicht personalisiert angefordert: AdMob kann weiterhin Standarddaten wie eine Werbekennung und einen ungefähren Standort verwenden, um Anzeigen auszuliefern und zu messen, nutzt diese aber nicht, um dich über Apps hinweg zu verfolgen.
Deine Fotos und Videos werden nie mit Werbesystemen geteilt.
Die kostenpflichtige Version zeigt keine Werbung.

4. Käufe

Monats- und Jahresabos sowie der einmalige Lifetime-Kauf laufen über den Apple App Store oder Google Play und werden über RevenueCat mit einer anonymen App-Benutzerkennung verwaltet.
Wir sehen deine Zahlungsdaten nie; diese werden von Apple und Google verarbeitet.

5. Diagnose (Fehlerberichte)

Swyra nutzt Sentry (sentry.io), um Fehler und Abstürze zu erkennen und zu beheben. Es werden nur Diagnosedaten erhoben (Absturzberichte, Gerätemodell, Betriebssystem- und App-Version). Screenshots und personenbezogene Kennungen sind abgeschaltet, diese Daten sind nicht mit deiner Identität verknüpft, werden nie für Werbung oder Tracking verwendet, und deine Fotos und Videos werden nie an Sentry weitergegeben.

6. Anonyme Nutzungsstatistik (App)

Um die App zu verbessern, erheben wir anonyme, aggregierte Statistiken darüber, welche Funktionen wie oft genutzt werden (Auftragsverarbeiter: Aptabase, Server in der Europäischen Union). Es geht nur um Zählwerte und Kategorien; deine Fotos und Videos, Dateinamen, Identität, E-Mail-Adresse oder dein Standort werden nie gesendet. Es wird keine dauerhafte Nutzer- oder Gerätekennung verwendet (nur eine kurzlebige, sich selbst zurücksetzende Sitzungskennung), du wirst nicht über Apps hinweg verfolgt, und deine Werbekennung wird dafür nicht genutzt. Die Übertragung erfolgt verschlüsselt (HTTPS).

7. Diese Website (swyra.app)

Statistik: die Website nutzt Umami, ein cookiefreies, datenschutzfreundliches Analysewerkzeug, um Seitenaufrufe und das Land grob zu zählen. Keine Cookies, kein seitenübergreifendes Tracking, keine persönlichen Profile.
Kontaktformular: wenn du uns über das Formular schreibst, werden dein Name, deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht über Resend an unser Postfach gesendet, damit wir antworten können. Wir verwenden sie ausschließlich für die Antwort.

8. Drittanbieter und Übermittlung ins Ausland

Da diese Anbieter weltweit arbeiten, können manche Daten auf Servern außerhalb der Türkei verarbeitet werden:

Nach dem türkischen KVKK (und gleichwertigen Gesetzen wie der DSGVO) hast du das Recht zu erfahren, ob deine Daten verarbeitet werden, Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung zu verlangen und der Verarbeitung zu widersprechen. Da die meisten deiner Daten nur auf deinem Gerät liegen, entfernt das Löschen der App sie vollständig, und du kannst deine Entscheidungen und Statistiken jederzeit über „Prüfung zurücksetzen“ in der App löschen. Für Anfragen zu Daten, die außerhalb deines Geräts verarbeitet werden (Diagnose, anonyme Nutzungsstatistik, Werbung, Käufe, Website), schreib uns an hello@swyra.app; wir antworten.

10. Datenschutz von Kindern

Swyra richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt von ihnen nicht bewusst Daten.

11. Änderungen

Wir können diese Erklärung von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Über wesentliche Änderungen informieren wir dich über die App oder diese Seite.
