1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Swyra (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Yunus UZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.
3. Your photos and videos — your responsibility
Swyra is a gallery-cleaning tool. Items you choose to delete are first marked in an in-app "Deleted" list; permanent deletion happens only with your confirmation through your device's own deletion dialog. You are solely responsible for which photos or videos you delete. Yunus UZ is not liable for lost, accidentally deleted, or unrecoverable media. We recommend backing up important content before deleting.
4. Privacy
Your photos and videos never leave your device and are not uploaded to any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
The App offers a free tier (ad-supported, with a daily limit) and paid "Swyra Pro" plans (monthly, yearly, one-time). Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed through your store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
6. Advertising
The free tier may show third-party ads (Google AdMob). Your photos and videos are not shared with ad systems.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, brand, and content belong to Yunus UZ. Your photos and videos remain yours.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is," without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yunus UZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost media) arising from use of the App.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is posted on this page.
12. Termination
Your license may end if you violate these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

1. Kabul
Swyra ("Uygulama")'yı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulama'yı kullanma.
2. Lisans
Yunus UZ sana, Uygulama'yı kişisel amaçla kullanman için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans verir. Uygulama'yı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsın.
3. Fotoğraf ve videoların — senin sorumluluğun
Swyra bir galeri temizleme aracıdır. Silmeyi seçtiğin öğeler önce uygulama içindeki "Silinenler" listesine işaretlenir; kalıcı silme yalnızca senin onayınla ve cihazının kendi silme penceresiyle gerçekleşir. Hangi fotoğraf veya videoyu sildiğinden tamamen sen sorumlusun. Yunus UZ; kaybolan, yanlışlıkla silinen veya kurtarılamayan medyadan sorumlu değildir. Silmeden önce önemli içeriklerini yedeklemeni öneririz.
4. Gizlilik
Fotoğraf ve videoların cihazından çıkmaz, hiçbir sunucuya yüklenmez. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.
5. Satın almalar ve abonelikler
Uygulama, ücretsiz bir sürüm (reklamlı, günlük limitli) ve ücretli "Swyra Pro" planları (aylık, yıllık, tek seferlik) sunar. Ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden alınır; faturalandırma, yenileme ve iptal işlemleri ilgili mağaza hesabından yönetilir. Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir.
6. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürümde üçüncü taraf reklamlar (Google AdMob) gösterilebilir. Fotoğraf ve videoların reklam sistemleriyle paylaşılmaz.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulama'yı yasa dışı bir amaçla veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanamazsın.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama; tasarımı, markası ve içeriği Yunus UZ'a aittir. Fotoğraf ve videoların sana ait kalır.
9. Garanti reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti verilmez.
10. Sorumluluk sınırı
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Yunus UZ, Uygulama'nın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan (kaybolan medya dahil) sorumlu değildir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayınlanır.
12. Fesih
Bu Koşullar'ı ihlal edersen lisansın sona erebilir.
13. Geçerli hukuk
Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

1. Aceptación
Al descargar o usar Swyra (la «App»), aceptas estos Términos de Uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
2. Licencia
Yunus UZ te concede una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App con fines personales. No puedes copiar, modificar, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni redistribuir la App.
3. Tus fotos y videos, tu responsabilidad
Swyra es una herramienta para limpiar la galería. Los elementos que eliges borrar se marcan primero en una lista «Eliminados» dentro de la app; el borrado definitivo ocurre solo con tu confirmación a través del propio diálogo de eliminación de tu dispositivo. Eres el único responsable de qué fotos o videos borras. Yunus UZ no responde por archivos perdidos, borrados por accidente o no recuperables. Recomendamos hacer una copia de seguridad del contenido importante antes de borrar.
4. Privacidad
Tus fotos y videos nunca salen de tu dispositivo y no se suben a ningún servidor. Consulta la Política de Privacidad para más detalles.
5. Compras y suscripciones
La App ofrece un nivel gratuito (con anuncios y un límite diario) y planes de pago «Swyra Pro» (mensual, anual, pago único). Los pagos los procesan Apple App Store o Google Play; la facturación, la renovación y la cancelación se gestionan desde tu cuenta de la tienda. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo.
6. Publicidad
El nivel gratuito puede mostrar anuncios de terceros (Google AdMob). Tus fotos y videos no se comparten con sistemas de publicidad.
7. Uso aceptable
No puedes usar la App con fines ilícitos ni de forma que vulnere los derechos de terceros.
8. Propiedad intelectual
La App, su diseño, su marca y su contenido pertenecen a Yunus UZ. Tus fotos y videos siguen siendo tuyos.
9. Exención de garantías
La App se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantía de funcionamiento ininterrumpido o libre de errores.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, Yunus UZ no responde por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes (incluida la pérdida de archivos) derivados del uso de la App.
11. Cambios
Estos Términos pueden actualizarse de vez en cuando; la versión vigente se publica en esta página.
12. Terminación
Tu licencia puede finalizar si incumples estos Términos.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Türkiye.

2. Lizenz
Yunus UZ gewährt dir eine beschränkte, nicht ausschließliche und nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der App für persönliche Zwecke. Du darfst die App nicht kopieren, verändern, zurückentwickeln oder weiterverbreiten.
3. Deine Fotos und Videos, deine Verantwortung
Swyra ist ein Werkzeug zum Aufräumen der Galerie. Was du zum Löschen auswählst, wird zuerst in einer app-internen Liste „Gelöscht“ markiert; endgültig gelöscht wird nur mit deiner Bestätigung über den Löschdialog deines eigenen Geräts. Du allein bist dafür verantwortlich, welche Fotos oder Videos du löschst. Yunus UZ haftet nicht für verlorene, versehentlich gelöschte oder nicht wiederherstellbare Dateien. Wir empfehlen, wichtige Inhalte vor dem Löschen zu sichern.
4. Datenschutz
Deine Fotos und Videos verlassen dein Gerät nie und werden auf keinen Server hochgeladen. Details in der Datenschutzerklärung.
5. Käufe und Abonnements
Die App bietet eine kostenlose Stufe (werbefinanziert, mit Tageslimit) und kostenpflichtige „Swyra Pro“-Angebote (monatlich, jährlich, einmalig). Zahlungen werden über den Apple App Store oder Google Play abgewickelt; Abrechnung, Verlängerung und Kündigung verwaltest du über dein Store-Konto. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende der Laufzeit gekündigt werden.
6. Werbung
Die kostenlose Stufe kann Werbung Dritter zeigen (Google AdMob). Deine Fotos und Videos werden nicht mit Werbesystemen geteilt.
7. Zulässige Nutzung
Du darfst die App nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke oder in einer Weise nutzen, die Rechte Dritter verletzt.
8. Geistiges Eigentum
Die App, ihr Design, ihre Marke und ihre Inhalte gehören Yunus UZ. Deine Fotos und Videos bleiben deine.
9. Haftungsausschluss
Die App wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt, ohne Gewähr für unterbrechungsfreien oder fehlerfreien Betrieb.
10. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Yunus UZ nicht für mittelbare, zufällige oder Folgeschäden (einschließlich verlorener Dateien) aus der Nutzung der App.
11. Änderungen
Diese Bedingungen können von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisiert werden; die aktuelle Fassung steht auf dieser Seite.
12. Beendigung
Deine Lizenz kann enden, wenn du diese Bedingungen verletzt.
13. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Republik Türkei.
